Is it Fair to Track Everyone in the U.S wages?

In this article, they are trying to pass an immigration bill to collect American information. If this bill were to pass, it would make hiring anybody illegal unless both the worker and the employee complete the new registration requirements. The new registration requirements would include the employee's work history for the past five years. It would also include if he or she is a United States Citizen. The registration requirements would be electronical for all United State Citizens. When recieving a new job, employee's will have to register with the federal government and also report new data to the governement within three days of hiring the employee. An example of how difficult it would be to get a new job is if a boy next door wants to mow your lawn for money, then they would have to fill out the new registration requirements form.
I believe that this should not pass. It makes it more difficult for employees and their owners. The new registration forms seem to be very strict. Once filled out, it seems s if he government know everything about you. I believe we have the right to privacy. This bill just seems to invade everyones rights and privacy.

I think this law is unecessary and is just hindering our fellow homo sapiens that are not U.S. citizens and aren't doing anything wrong.
