Noxubee County Democratic Party leader Ike Brown was accused of violating white voters of his town of their right to vote in a public election. Mr. Brown's actions violate the Voting Rights actof 1965 and violate those peoples right to vote. Judge Lee ruled that Ike Brown was guilty of voting segregation, although this case carried no criminal penalties, defendants who violate Judge Lee's final rulings could face charges and fines.

I believe this is very wrong of Ike Brown to disciriminate those peopel of their voting rights. Everyone should ahve the rgiht to vote on a public election no matter where they live, what color they are and so and and so forth.

It seems very ironic to me that in the past, usually whites violated black voting rights. Now he is violating whites voting powers. There are many things that should be learned through history and one of them is to learn from your mistakes.
History shouldn't be a circulation of the same problems. Additionally, if this continues, it could strike protests and it wouldn't be....good.
It's depressing to see people who are 'still living' in the periods before 1960's. It's interesting how African Americans done this, when this was done by Caucasisans. Regardless of who they are, voting rights should be given no matter what. I think there should have been a light punishment for Ike Brown to repent what he'd done.
I think its really weird that this guy did this because things like happend ages ago. he did exactly what people did to his ancestors.
I too agree that it was wrong of Ike Brown to discriminte people. Everyone has the right to vote. We are all equal and the same.
